Client currently takes online payment from a webpage which is not integrated with salesforce. Customers do online payment through this web form, process credit card transactions online via Salesforce is responsible for generation of invoices and sending details to customer once payment has done. Since the two systems are not integrated it has resulted in lot of manual activity for client wherein transaction & invoice receipts are manually updated in salesforce. Hence automation is needed to create the transactions detail within salesforce.
