Advantages of using the Distribution Engine

• Distribution Engine’s algorithm “Round Robin” allows lead distribution within teams. Sales managers can set up different algorithms to fit their sales teams and their targets.
• Sales managers can set up distributors that assign leads based on different criteria (seniority and experience for instance) thanks to the team weighting option. Distribution Engine also allows capping to limit how many leads are assigned per salesperson.
• To prevent lead assignment to unavailable salespersons, Distribution Engine offers managers different features to distribute leads efficiently, such as distribution hours, regional holidays, out of office users, or online toggle to control the availability of a sales rep.
• Distribution Engine provides analytics to help sales managers monitor their long-time performances & improve their lead assignment.
