From a Disconnected Pardot to a Marketing Operations Foundation Built to Scale
A North American executive events and business planning organization moved to a new Salesforce org — and its Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) instance couldn't simply follow. We rebuilt the entire marketing operations layer from the ground up, with zero gap in prospect engagement and full preservation of existing marketing assets.

What Changed When Pardot Was Rebuilt the Right Way
Six Gaps the Org Transition Opened — and How We Closed Each One
Five Phases That Took Pardot From Disconnected to Deployed
Mapped Every Asset Before Touching the New Org
We audited the client's existing marketing automations, assets, and configuration elements before any rebuild work began. This gave us a complete inventory of what had to be preserved versus what could be rebuilt cleanly in the new environment.
Stood Up a New Salesforce–Pardot Connection
We established a complete Salesforce and Pardot integration for the new org, built around a structured contact and prospect synchronization framework. This gave both platforms a reliable, trusted path for data to move between them from day one.
Migrated Marketing Assets by Hand, Not by Default Export
We carefully migrated existing marketing assets, automations, and configuration elements rather than starting from a blank template. This preserved the structure and logic of processes the organization had already refined over time.
Rebuilt and Validated Sending and Tracking Infrastructure
We configured and validated a new Email Sending Domain and Tracker Domain to restore trusted communication channels. We then implemented and tested Website Tracking Code to confirm visitor activity was being captured correctly in the new environment.
Enabled Engagement Tracking and Confirmed the System Was Ready
We enabled prospect activity tracking and email engagement synchronization so every meaningful interaction was reflected accurately in the new system. We validated the full environment end to end before handing off a fully configured, deployed Pardot instance.
A migration restores what existed before. A transformation positions the organization for what comes next. We treated this engagement as the latter from the first integration touchpoint through final deployment.
