API Design & Specification
Clean, standards-based API contracts built in Anypoint Design Center, designed for reuse before a line of code is written.
Design CenterMost enterprises run hundreds of disconnected apps, databases, and APIs — and pay for it in manual work, stale data, and brittle point-to-point integrations. Twopir designs and builds API-led connectivity on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, with production experience connecting Salesforce to commerce, ERP, and the systems your business actually runs on.
Integration isn't a one-time project that ends at go-live. It's an operating layer — and when it's built ad hoc, every new connection makes the next one harder, slower, and more expensive to maintain.
Every new app gets wired directly to the others. The result is a fragile web where one change breaks three downstream systems and no one can see the full picture.
Modern enterprises run up to 500 APIs with no catalog, no standards, and no reuse. Teams rebuild the same connection over and over because they can't find what already exists.
Customer data lives in Salesforce, orders in an ERP, tickets in a help desk — none of them in sync. No single view exists, so every team works from a partial truth.
Custom-coded one-offs take months and tie up senior engineers. Without reusable assets, delivery slows to a crawl exactly when the business needs to move faster.
APIs are exposed with no common policy, rate limiting, or monitoring. Compliance becomes guesswork and every unmanaged endpoint is a risk surface.
Agentforce and AI initiatives stall because the agents have no governed, real-time access to the systems where the actual business data lives.
MuleSoft is a unified iPaaS and full-lifecycle API management platform — one place to design, build, deploy, secure, and manage every API and integration. We engineer it into a reusable application network shaped around how your business actually runs.
System, process, and experience APIs that turn one-off integrations into reusable building blocks across the whole organization.
Prebuilt connectors, templates, and a shared asset catalog mean projects ship far faster than custom code from scratch.
Consistent policies, rate limiting, and monitoring across every API — managed centrally instead of endpoint by endpoint.
Deploy on CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or on-premises — integrate where you want, including Salesforce Hyperforce.
The full MuleSoft toolchain, architected and delivered around your systems — so integration becomes a reusable asset, not a recurring cost.

Design CenterHundreds of prebuilt connectors for Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, SAP, Stripe, and more — plus custom connectors via the SDK.
ConnectivityReliable data mapping and transformation between any formats and systems, so records stay consistent end to end.
DataWeaveSecure, throttle, and version every API from one place with API Manager and the ultrafast Anypoint Flex Gateway.
API ManagementCentralized deployment, real-time monitoring, and SLA visibility across all Mule applications and environments.
ObservabilityA private catalog of APIs, templates, and assets so teams discover and reuse instead of rebuilding.
ReuseLow-code, clicks-not-code integration for business teams to automate workflows without custom development.
Low-CodeCloud-native partner onboarding and EDI/API-based exchange to connect suppliers and partners quickly.
B2BTurn APIs into topics for Agentforce and connect AI agents to live business data via Model Context Protocol support.
AI ReadyAPI-led connectivity organizes integration into three reusable layers. Each API is built once and reused everywhere, so the next project starts from assets instead of zero.
Unlock data from core systems — Salesforce, ERP, databases, legacy platforms — behind clean, stable interfaces that hide underlying complexity.
Orchestrate business logic across systems — combining and shaping data into reusable processes independent of any single source or channel.
Deliver data in the shape each channel needs — web, mobile, partner, or AI agent — without rebuilding the logic underneath.
We start with your integration landscape and design for reuse and governance from day one — so the platform gets faster to extend over time, not slower.
We map every system, data flow, and existing integration, identify the point-to-point fragility and API sprawl, and prioritize the work by business impact.
We design the system, process, and experience API layers, the canonical data model, and the governance and security policies before building.
We develop APIs and flows in Anypoint, configure connectors and DataWeave transformations, and test each layer against real-world load and edge cases.
We deploy to CloudHub or your environment, set up monitoring and alerting in Runtime Manager, and grow the reusable asset catalog as new use cases come online.
Anypoint Platform's prebuilt connectors plus custom development let us integrate virtually any system your business runs on.
Teams that implement MuleSoft well — with proper API-led architecture and clean governance — report the same set of operational improvements. These are the outcomes Twopir is built to deliver.
Reusable API assets and prebuilt connectors compress integration timelines from months to weeks — measured against MuleSoft's 5× reuse advantage.
Salesforce, ERP, finance, and service systems share synchronized data, so every team works from the same real-time picture.
Every API added to the catalog makes the next project faster — the opposite of the point-to-point trap.
Central policies, monitoring, and version control turn API sprawl into a managed, auditable application network.
Clean architecture means a change in one system no longer cascades into breakages across the stack.
Governed APIs give Agentforce and future initiatives instant, secure access to live business data.
Two recent Twopir engagements connecting Shopify and Salesforce in both directions — built on the MuleSoft Anypoint Salesforce and Shopify connectors with DataWeave throughout.
A Mule 4 application listens for updated Shopify orders and builds the full Salesforce order graph end to end. For each order it finds the customer by email and reuses the existing Account or creates a new Account and Contact, resolves the standard Pricebook, creates the Order, then loops every line item to find or create the Product2 and PricebookEntry before writing each OrderItem — all with parameterized SOQL and DataWeave transformations, and a Salesforce OAuth client-credentials connection.
Salesforce has no native concept of product variants, so we modeled them as parent and child Product2 records and synced them to Shopify with full variant support. The pipeline expands flagged records to all sibling variants, groups them by parent, validates SKUs and option names, then creates or updates the product and every variant in a single Shopify productSet GraphQL mutation — followed by product- and variant-level metafields. Built-in retry/back-off handles Shopify rate limits, and a per-record export flag controls exactly what syncs.
Anyone can wire two systems together. We architect API-led layers so every integration becomes a reusable asset that makes the next one faster.
We measure success by how the application network performs and scales months later — not whether a flow shipped on time.
As a Salesforce specialist firm, we understand both sides of the connection — so MuleSoft work is designed around how your CRM and business actually operate.
Policies, monitoring, and versioning are designed in from the start, so the platform stays auditable and safe as it grows.
Clean, governed APIs are the foundation Agentforce and future AI initiatives depend on — we build with that endpoint in mind.
"Integration isn't the coordination of hardware, applications, and data alone — it's also internal teams, external partners, and new business processes. Without a reusable, governed network underneath, every new connection just adds fragility. The goal isn't to connect two systems; it's to build an application network the whole business can build on."
