Every team has its own number
Sales reports pipeline from the CRM, finance reports revenue from the ERP, and marketing reports leads from its own tools. The figures disagree, and meetings are spent reconciling them instead of acting on them.
Data analytics services connect the data your business already collects in Salesforce, HubSpot, finance and operational systems, model it into one trusted set of metrics, and deliver it as real-time reports and dashboards your teams act on. Twopir Consulting designs and builds them on Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Amazon Quick Sight, Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio), CRM Analytics, Klipfolio and Domo. One set of numbers, from the source system to the leadership dashboard.

Platforms We Implement
Data analytics services are the work of turning the data a business already collects into reports and dashboards that people use to make decisions. That covers connecting the source systems, cleaning and modelling the data, agreeing how each metric is calculated, building the visualizations, and making sure the right people see them at the right time.
Business intelligence matters because most organizations hold far more data than they use. Our approach starts with understanding your business processes, your pain points, your application architecture and your long-term goals. From there our experts build and recommend the reports and dashboards that keep business data in view in real time. Intuitive data visualization helps you make key decisions quickly, gives you full control and visibility over your business metrics, and lets you monitor the health of the business so you stay alert to what is changing. Our team brings deep knowledge and hands-on implementation experience across all seven platforms on this page.
Three parties are involved, and it helps to keep them apart. The platform vendor (Salesforce for Tableau and CRM Analytics, Microsoft, AWS, Google, Klipfolio or Domo) licenses the BI tool and owns its features. Twopir Consulting does the work around it: architecture, data connections, the data model, KPI definitions, dashboards, security, training and support. Your teams get the outcome: one trusted view of the business that they can act on.
We work with growing, mid-market, and enterprise organizations that need help with complex CRM implementations, integrations, and business system challenges, and analytics is usually where those challenges become visible. When leadership reporting is also a revenue-process problem, it connects to our revenue operations services.
Few companies lack data. What they lack is a version of it that every team trusts and that arrives while there is still time to act. These are the six problems we are most often asked to fix.
Sales reports pipeline from the CRM, finance reports revenue from the ERP, and marketing reports leads from its own tools. The figures disagree, and meetings are spent reconciling them instead of acting on them.
Someone exports to spreadsheets, pastes, fixes formulas and emails a file. It is slow, it breaks when one person is away, and nobody can trace a number back to its source.
Duplicate records, empty fields and inconsistent stages flow straight into the charts. Once a leader spots one wrong figure, the whole dashboard stops being used.
Standard reports handle day-to-day lists well. Trends over time, cross-object analysis and blending CRM data with finance or product data usually need more, as we cover in the limits of Lightning reports and dashboards.
Forty charts on one screen, none of which answers the question the sales leader or COO actually asks on Monday morning. Usage drops within weeks.
A weekly or monthly snapshot shows a stalled deal, a failed payment or a drop in bookings only after it is too late to change. Real-time data and alerts close that gap.
We start with the business, not the BI tool. The platform is chosen once we know which decisions the dashboards have to support and where the data for them lives.
We learn your business processes, your pain points and your long-term goals, and list the decisions each team needs to make and the questions it cannot answer today.
DeliverableDecision and KPI inventory
We review your application architecture and data quality, map every source, and recommend the platform and connection method that fit your stack, budget and skills.
DeliverableSource map and platform recommendation
We connect and clean the sources, build the data model, and write down how each KPI is calculated, so every dashboard uses the same definition.
DeliverableData model and KPI dictionary
We build the reports and dashboards for each audience, set up refresh schedules, alerts and row-level access, and validate every figure against the source system.
DeliverableValidated dashboards per team
We train the people who will use and maintain the dashboards, track which ones get used, and extend the model as new questions, sources and teams arrive.

Each platform below is licensed by its vendor; Twopir Consulting designs, builds and supports the analytics on top of it. Three of them were renamed in the last two years, so both names are given where the old one is still the one people search for.
Salesforce's analytics and BI platform. Tableau helps companies tap into their data to surface deeper insights, make smarter decisions, build connected customer experiences and innovate faster. Its newest layer, Tableau Next, adds agentic analytics built in Salesforce on Data 360.
A business analytics service built for end users to find insights in an organization's data. Power BI connects disparate datasets, transforms and cleans them into a data model, and turns the model into charts and graphs, so teams can aggregate, analyze, visualize and share data in one place.
The cloud-based, serverless BI service from Amazon Web Services, now part of Amazon Quick. Users build visualizations and dashboards, and its machine learning detects anomalies in the data and makes predictions. Dashboards can also be embedded in your own applications.
Google's free, cloud-based data visualization tool for dynamic, interactive reports and dashboards. It simplifies building interactive charts from hundreds of connected sources. Google renamed Looker Studio to Data Studio in April 2026, and the paid edition is now Data Studio Pro.
Salesforce's native analytics, formerly called Einstein Analytics and then Tableau CRM. It brings AI-powered, actionable insights to every Salesforce user inside the records they work on: it improves workflows, makes recommendations, predicts likely results and lets users act on what they see.
A cloud-based web app that helps organizations understand, track and visualize KPIs, metrics and other essential information. Teams gather, share and display data in real time, track it over time, and compare against history to see how the business is progressing. Klips handles dashboards; PowerMetrics is its metric-centric, AI-assisted product.
A cloud-native platform that combines three things in one product: iPaaS capabilities for data integration, visualizations for real-time and predictive insights, and a foundation for building custom apps that act on those insights. Its Magic ETL tool prepares data without code.
Most companies can be served well by two or three of these platforms. The right one depends on where your data lives, who will build and maintain the dashboards, which licences you already pay for, and how much of the analysis has to happen inside Salesforce or HubSpot.
The platforms overlap more than their marketing suggests. In practice, three things decide it: where your data already lives, how deep inside the CRM the analytics has to sit, and how the vendor charges.
| Platform | Choose it when | Salesforce data | Pricing model |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tableau | You need deep visual analysis across CRM, finance and operational data for many teams | Native connector | Per user; Tableau Cloud from $15 per user per month, billed annually |
| Microsoft Power BI | Your company runs on Microsoft and wants self-service reporting at a low per-user cost | Native Salesforce Objects connector | Free tier; Pro $14 and Premium Per User $24 per user per month, paid yearly |
| Amazon Quick Sight | Your data is in AWS, or you need dashboards embedded in your own product | Salesforce data source in Amazon Quick | Per user, $3 to $40 per user per month by tier, plus a $250 monthly infrastructure fee per account |
| Data Studio | You want quick, shareable dashboards at no licence cost, mostly on Google data | Third-party partner connectors | Free; paid Data Studio Pro edition |
| CRM Analytics | Sales and service teams need analytics and predictions inside Salesforce records | Native, on the platform | Per user; from $140 per user per month, billed annually |
| Klipfolio | A small team needs live KPI dashboards quickly, without per-seat costs | Klipfolio Salesforce connector | Flat plans; Klips from $120 per month, billed annually |
| Domo | You want data integration, dashboards and data apps from a single vendor | Domo Salesforce connectors, with writeback | Consumption credits rather than seats |
Already paying for one of these? Start there. Power BI often comes with Microsoft licensing, Tableau or CRM Analytics with a Salesforce agreement, and Data Studio costs nothing. The expensive mistake is not the platform but the missing data model underneath it: the same messy CRM data produces the same untrusted dashboard on any of the seven. Fixing that is covered on our Salesforce Data 360 page.

How we build forecasting dashboards on Salesforce pipeline data.
Connecting Salesforce data to Klipfolio dashboards.
They cover everything between your source systems and a dashboard people trust: discovering which decisions need data, mapping and connecting the sources, cleaning and modelling the data, defining each KPI once, building the reports and dashboards, setting up refreshes, alerts and access, and training the people who use and maintain them. Twopir Consulting delivers all of it on Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Amazon Quick Sight, Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio), CRM Analytics, Klipfolio and Domo.
Start with where your data lives and what you already license. CRM Analytics suits teams that need analytics inside Salesforce records; Tableau suits deep analysis across many sources; Power BI suits companies on Microsoft; Amazon Quick Sight suits data in AWS and embedded dashboards; Data Studio suits quick, free dashboards on Google data; Klipfolio suits KPI dashboards for small teams; and Domo suits teams that want integration, BI and data apps from one vendor. We recommend a platform after reviewing your sources, licences and reporting needs.
Often, yes. Salesforce's standard reports and dashboards cover day-to-day lists and pipeline views, and CRM Analytics adds deeper analysis and predictions inside Salesforce. A separate BI platform earns its place when you need to blend CRM data with finance, product or marketing data, analyze long-term trends, or give analytics to people who do not work in Salesforce.
Yes. Twopir Consulting is a Salesforce Partner and a HubSpot Partner, and the approach is the same for both: model the CRM data properly, then choose how it reaches the BI platform, whether through a native connector, a data warehouse or an integration platform. The connection method is decided in the architecture phase, once we know your volumes and refresh needs.
Not always. When most of your reporting comes from one or two systems, a BI platform's own connectors are usually enough. A warehouse such as BigQuery, Snowflake or Amazon Redshift becomes worthwhile when many sources must be joined, histories kept, or large volumes refreshed reliably. We make that call during the assessment rather than by default.
They were renamed. Einstein Analytics became Tableau CRM and is now CRM Analytics, which Salesforce still sells. Google renamed Looker Studio to Data Studio in April 2026, and Looker Studio Pro is now Data Studio Pro. Amazon QuickSight is now Amazon Quick Sight, part of Amazon Quick. Google says existing Looker Studio content moves to Data Studio with no action needed.
That is the aim of the last phase. We document the data model and every KPI definition, train the people who will build and change reports, and agree a support plan, so the dashboards keep working as new questions, data sources and teams arrive.
A first conversation covers your data sources, the reports your teams rely on today, the licences you already have and the questions nobody can answer quickly: enough to recommend a platform and outline what the build would take. No obligation to proceed.
